Exceptional Lincoln Park Roofdeck

T Andrews Construction has seen a significant increase in clients looking to expand their living space and take advantage of enhancing their outdoor space.   Our latest project is a 2000 square foot roofdeck that we are building for a valued client, Mr. Stephane Rambaud, President and CEO Phoenix International Freight Services. Working with the talented design team of Brian Barry and Abigale Baldwin of Hoerr Schaudt Landscape Architects, T Andrews is working on transforming a raw space with awesome city views into a unique urban oasis.  Features of the deck include two 12 foot tall iron pergolas, Ipe decking and planters, stone paving and a wood burning masonry fireplace as a focal point.  “One of the key factors in buying this particular unit at Willow and Burling was the potential to build a roof deck an take advantage of the remarkable views, I was excited about the idea of having a large back yard in the heart of the Lincoln Park. . . I can’t wait until it’s completed!” Stephane recently told us with the construction process now in full swing.  As we work towards completing this project, we are working on getting started on another roofdeck on North Michigan Avenue.  The demand for these types of projects is undeniable!
